Message	Do yourself a favor and go Canon or Nikon. As it's been said, you can get a Canon Rebel w/kit lens for under ~$500. Lots of great deals lately on local boards and photography-on-the.net with new technology coming out. A friend of mine just sold his Mint 40D w/ 50mm 1.8 for $550. Stole it.
